Every perfume bottle is carefully inspected and securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.

  • Orders are processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
  • Orders placed before 12:00 PM IST are usually processed the same day.
  • During festive seasons or sales events, order processing may take slightly longer due to high volume.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

We partner with reliable courier services (like Delhivery, BlueDart, Xpressbees) to ensure timely delivery across India.

  • Standard Delivery: Delivery typically takes 3-7 business days depending on your location.
  • Shipping Rates: We offer a simple flat-rate shipping structure. All shipping charges will be calculated and clearly displayed at checkout.
  • Free Shipping: We may offer complimentary shipping on orders above a certain threshold (details are displayed on the website banner or checkout).
  • Cash on Delivery (COD): An additional handling fee may apply to COD orders.

3. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email and SMS containing your Airway Bill (AWB) tracking number and a link to trace your package in real-time. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking link to become active.

  • International delivery generally takes 7-15 business days depending on customs clearance in the destination country.
  • International shipping charges are calculated dynamically at checkout based on weight and destination.
  • Customs & Duties: Please note that customers are responsible for any local import duties, taxes, or customs fees levied by their respective countries.

5. Missing or Damaged Items

Glass perfume bottles require delicate handling. While we pack our products robustly, occasional transit damage can occur.

If your package arrives damaged, leaked, or if an item is missing, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We highly recommend recording a short "unboxing video" as proof, which helps us quickly process your replacement or claim with our shipping partners.
