Returns & Refunds

• Return Window: Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.
• Condition: Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging with all tags and seals intact.
• Non-Returnable Items: Opened or used perfumes, sample packs, sale/clearance items, and gift cards are non-returnable.
• Damaged/Defective Products: If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs for a replacement or refund.
• Refund Processing: Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.
